ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE / PUBLICIST - Miami, FL | Hybrid | Full-Time

CIIC PR, an award-winning public relations agency specializing in travel, tourism, food & beverage, and luxury hospitality, is seeking an experienced Account Executive / Publicist to join our growing Miami team.

The ideal candidate is a fully bilingual English/Spanish PR professional with proven agency experience developing and executing strategic communications programs for hotels, resort groups, destinations, and lifestyle brands across the U.S., Mexico, the Caribbean, Latin America, and Europe. Food & beverage experience is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage day-to-day client relationships and PR initiatives across multiple travel, tourism, lifestyle, and food & beverage accounts.

  • Develop and execute creative media and influencer strategies designed to generate high-impact coverage.

  • Write compelling press materials, pitches, and thought leadership content in English and Spanish.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with top-tier travel, lifestyle, hospitality, and consumer media.

  • Lead account management, including timelines, deliverables, and internal team coordination.

  • Host group press trips and represent clients and the agency at conferences, trade shows, and industry events.

  • Coordinate and attend client events in the U.S. and internationally.

  • Support business development initiatives and contribute to continued agency growth.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 3 years of PR agency experience, preferably within travel and tourism.

  • Fluency in English and Spanish — written and spoken — is required.

  • Exceptional writing, pitching, and media relations skills.

  • Established media relationships within the travel, lifestyle, and hospitality sectors.

  • Strong organizational, account management, and client communication skills.

  • Ability and willingness to travel regularly for client and agency needs.

  • Proactive, collaborative, and solutions-oriented approach.
